
Sensei Laszlo Harsanyi was born on 4 June, 1963.
From 1982 to 1987 he studied at Kossuth Lajos Military College. Having got his mechanical engineer degree he served as a professional military officer. During this period, he learned the North Korean military close combat, the Kyoksul techniques from Korean instructors. From 1997 to 1999 he studied at Godollo University of Agricultural Sciences Teacher Training Institute and graduated as a Mechanical Engineering teacher. In 2011 he got a degree in safety engineering at Zrinyi Miklos National Defence University.
He got acquainted with karate at the age of nineteen, kyokushin first, then learned Goju-Ryu. He was the member of the Hungarian Karate Team, as a contestant he came first and third in the Hungarian Championships. He came third in category of team and individual at European Championship of IKGA Goju-Kai. In 1989 he began to teach a group of 6-8 people. In 1993 he founded the Hungarian Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Federation with his students. (www.gojukai.hu) Since 1994 he has been the student of Shihan Takeji Ogawa who truly respects and follows the way of
Budo.In 2008 he received Goju-RyuKarate-Do Sakura-Kai 5th dan. Since 2014 he has been the student of Hanshi Yoshio KubaIn 2015 he received Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate-Do
Kenpo-Kai 6th dan.In 2023 he received Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Kenpo-Kai 7th dan. He is represent of Okinawa Goju-Ryu Karate-Do Kenpo-Kai Europa and cheif instructor of Int. Goju-Ryu
Karate-Do Sakura-Kai.
